It’s not new that people do drive all the way to Melaka just for the famous Crepe Cake from Nadeje. It it because there’s no great crepe cake here in Klang Valley, or just because it’s from somewhere else, it makes the cake even more special? Nadeje’s Crepe Cake is quite a norm in the blogosphere already, hehe, especially those that google melaka.. 😀

The Original Mille Crepe Cake (RM 8.50)
I do applaud their effort for keeping the crepe layers soft and not too rubbery. The cream texture in between the layers were just right to hold its shape, neither too hard or too wobbly. I wonder how many pans they have in the kitchen just to make all these crepes. There were alot of variety, chocolate, rum and raisins, strawberry, cheese etc. I think they make them fresh everyday, hence it’s moist.
But if driving to Melaka seems like too long of a journey, try Food Foundry in Section 17. They do have crepe cakes which are quite similar in cake.

Nice to see,nice to be curious to give it a try,but will never return for a second visit. More like crap cake. The cafe is dirty as well,no thanks to the smokers.
