Swee San discovered her passion to bake when she was studying architecture. Having eager to pursue her love for pastry arts, she decided to take on the Diplome de Patisserie in Le Cordon Bleu, Sydney in 2006. She loves to experiment with different flavours to create reinterpretation of classics. Even after having trained as a Wilton Method Instructor for 2 years, she has never stopped learning after from international cake decorators as well such as Peggy Porschen, Maggie Austin, LiMa Cakes and Nana Cake.

Her flair for design and pretty things gives her an edge in sugar craft and cake decorations thus specializing in creative desserts, custom buttercream and sugar flower wedding cakes for her online shop, The Sweet Spot Bakeshop.

Swee San is currently setting up a baking studio and her biggest passion is to teach and impart the art and knowledge of pastry arts to others.
