These buttercream flowers are made from Italian Meringue Buttercream using Australian or New Zealand butter and a small addition of margarine to accommodate Malaysia’s hot and humid weather. Trust me, if there’s one day where it’s below 27 C here, I would use 100% pure butter for it. But I’ve tweaked many times and this one taste good, looks good and easy to work with. 😉
Cake is made with Elle & Vire French butter and cream, Callebaut dark chocolate and Cacao Barry Extra Brute Dark cocoa powder (for chocolate cakes), Maldon French Sea Salt, divided into 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of cream. Delicious if I would say 😉
